Educators continually improve their practice by learning from and with others and exploring proven and promising practices that leverage technology to improve student learning. I hold high standards for myself to explore and apply new pedagogical approaches. So, throughout my four years at TCU, I have completed several research projects to stay current with research, deepen my understanding of the Deaf community, and expand my knowledge on hearing technology. I have also participated in continued professional education by completing the dyslexia training through Region 10.
